I've always felt that the key to living a happy life is being able to laugh at yourself and all of life's awkward and uncomfortable moments. Oh and tacos on a weekly basis, that definitely helps.
I have a background as a Registered Nurse. I'm so thankful for all that this profession has taught me about life thus far. To keep it simple, life can be short. Too short to waste time on anything or anyone you don't love. Life can be messy, crazy, unpredictable and absolutely beautiful.
I've been collecting images of that beauty since the age of 9 years old, when I began my obsession with capturing moments and put a "camcorder" on my Christmas list. I was the girl in high school who was always wandering the halls with a camera borrowed from our schools TV production class, ready to record whatever happened throughout the day. I've always enjoyed hanging back a little bit- just enough to watch things unfold and snag those little moments that go otherwise unnoticed.
Allow me to capture those moments for you. The way your sweetheart looks at you when you're busy chatting with guests, your grandma and grandpa having a little moment to themselves on the dance floor, the proud look on your dad's face when he hands you off to your forever. These are the moments you'll look back on and cherish.

I promise to be there to freeze those moments in time for you.

27 years young and super stoked to see what I can do with the next 27!
I value genuine connections and raw emotions.
I've lost count of how many times I've seen The office in its entirety.
I thoroughly enjoy gettin' weird and making people belly-laugh.
Stumbling over my words because I talk too fast is kinda my jam.
My 4 doggos are the pride and joy of my life. I am THAT crazy dog mom.

Sipping chartreuse and green tea while looking at the most perfect white subway tile and hand painted signs. Driving through the mountains to Portland reminiscing about the best memories back home. Cozy sweaters, vintage demin, and Pabst while telling one of a kind love stories. The trials and tribulations of love, joy, and happiness. Lastly, champagne brunch and avocado toast while surrounded by the finest exposed brick, dreamcatchers, and maps to our souls. Dreamcatchers, macrame and 100 Days of Summer. Anthropologie trips and walks on the beach, love letters and secret admirers. Fall breeze, flannels, and hot cocoa. Whales and dinosaurs and handmade crafts. Salvage denim, antique leather bags, and the first time we watched Moonrise Kingdom.

The slow hum of traffic and the cool breeze that signify the joy of a new day.
